ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS
We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. However, please be advised that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective and unused. No refunds are provided. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, fees, duties, and taxes. Free shipping is only available for orders over $200 CAD. All products undergo quality control before they are shipped. Occasionally, if the contents have been mishandled by third party without any visible signs of damage, and if the packaging is damaged during shipping (such as dropping, crushing, throwing, or kicking), it is not our responsibility. Please inspect the box in front of the courier before accepting it if a signature is required. We apologize in advance if any damages have occurred during shipping, as this is beyond our control. It is important to note that ALAUS products should not be affected, only the packaging.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and shipping, depending on the delivery method you have selected. Note that the actual arrival time may vary due to the current challenging circumstances.
With our payment methods, all orders must be paid in full prior to processing. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full. In the event of payment being declined or delayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
When contacting ALAUS Products, there may be times when you receive voicemail as we may be occupied with other requests. However, you can rest assured that you will always receive a prompt response from one of our team members within 24 hours. If you leave us a message during the weekend, we will get back to you during our regular business hours. Our goal is to be transparent, to be respectful provide quality service, just as we expect to receive from others.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
We are always happy to help rectify any missing items that may have been misplaced. In the event that you receive a damaged package, please take detailed photos of the items, packaging, and labels. Before any resolution can occur, each case of damage or missing orders must be approved by the store manager. If the products are being returned for reasons other than product damage or error, we reserve the right to decline your request and do not offer returns or refunds in such cases. At ALAUS, we take pride in offering only the highest quality products. Please note that we may charge a shipping fee if the goods were originally shipped for free as part of our free order shipping program, which is only available for orders over $200 CAD.
Alaus Products and Productions Inc. is committed to not test or use any products or ingredients on animals. None of our products have ever been used on animals before.
